About the event
Bring a yoga mat or towel, while you embrace nature during a 1 hour session of mobility and body training. All ages and ability are welcome as Bree guides your body to better movement and improve your functional range of motion. All while finding mental clarity by becoming more in touch with nature.Â
Pre registration will also provide you with a small hand tied bouquet of our local grown flowers for you to bring a little nature back into your home.Â
